Education is the primary influencer of a person’s character. The school is the body responsible to ensure that learning is delivered to the students in the most effective manner, otherwise, the school would just turn out to be a mere structure of classrooms.

It is the primary role of the school to guarantee that education is carried out operatively to the learners. A student who does not gain anything from a school could mean that the system is defunct, or the environment is inappropriate for learning.

Since there are various types of personalities in each school, it may be difficult to impose a fixed program as the solution to the problem. The diversity of student profiles per school creates culture variation among public schools in the country.

The school administrators clearly have the responsibility to find the best solution to school violence. Since there school culture is very diverse, the local government can only assist the administrators, but cannot execute a universal solution to a culture-specific problem.   Consequently, since students from different schools have varied profile, they tend to react in their own way. Therefore, the government finds it useless to come up with a universal solution to an area-specific problem.

The serious problem of school violence is the primary liability of the schools. It is best that the school administrators be the ones to come up with their respective programs to solve the problem of violence in their respective area of coverage instead of complying with a regulation from the Department of Education which may not work relevantly in their school. The differences in culture, beliefs, and student profiles account for the different responses of schools. Therefore, a single fixed program to battle school violence may not work for all public schools.

The school is the mover that can resolve such violence. A universal solution is the learning management system (LSM), software for tracking, delivering and managing education and training. Albeit virtual, creating an environment that tickles the interest of the students to learning is the best solution against hostile interaction in school.
